do you have a criminal recaord?
if yes what did you do to brake the law?
i don't have one, but interested in who does have one and what they did to get it.
johnny.
brake the law. lol. I don't have one or i wouldnt have my job.
im 18 and have a colourful and regretful record... 4 grievous bodily harm, 2 aggravated assault and a bad drink driving charge... lucky ive grown up since then.
Nope. I'm 20 and have a clean record.
Never commited a serious offence in my life. I mean there was stuff like stealing lollies from shops, when I was a kid, but I've never done anything serious.
Clean record here also, never even wagged school for gawd sakes!
I've got Fiona Apple's 'Criminal' on CD and Michael Jackson's 'Smooth Criminal' on vinyl, do they count ?![]()

Are you a cop? Preparing a file on us all huh?
I once helped a guy get a record by dobbing him in coz he was a twat and deserved it hahaha me clean as few speeding tickets.
.:Blown VT V6, DAJ37:.
i think i used to have one for identity fraud (fake id). I had to do community service. It might have been wiped when I turned 18 though not sure. I havnt showed a fake id since either. Maybe because I turned 18 a month after it happened.
Just a one speed ticket other than that I'm clean
18 and nothing.
Trying to keep it this way, to be different from the rest of the family!
ahhh cruzncommo, that is a decent record. crazyspoon05 they don't count but its not a bad start lol. lol yeah fabz id hate to be you if the guy you dobbed in is reading this forum, by the way did you dob him in because he was a ford driver lol.
The closest ive ever come is accidently calling a female cop "love", bad mistake, bitch recons its a form of sexual discrimination.
ohhh and by the way im not a cop lol.
johnny
Seriously I've only ever had two charges against me, one was a drink driving charge in 1996 (busted moving my car at 2am from the street outside a mates place to park it up his drive after a heavy drinking session that afternoon / evening) then a more serious charge against me at the venue I was licensee at which was later quashed and removed from my record due to lack of evidence
If ignorance is bliss why aren't there more happy people around ?
Shit i lost count, been in prison twice in the last 10 years, have about 10 criminal convictions.I am on a 9 month suspended sentence at the moment which i have had over my head for the last 14 months(one month to go).Have not committed any crime for a while now,i have a 5 month old boy now and he is what is important to me now so its the straight and narrow for me now.![]()

not got a record, but have done stupis stuff as a youngster like knocking off street signs. oddly enough, when the police found these signs, they were performing a drug raid, a year after i gave up smoking weed.
other than that, just one speeding fine which saw me taking the bus for 6 months

yeah same as me, ive got no record and would like to keep it that way to seperate me from all the cousins and stuff, but i never know what might happen. one of my "fun nights out with some mates" mite get me in trouble, always hear about misunderstandings that people get done for walking home drunk or something lolz, o well i can only try![]()
Maybe I am coming at this from an American perspective, but isn't there are distinct difference between a criminal record and those stemming from civil court procedures. I mean, isn't getting a driving ticket considered a civil offense, unless it was negligent homicide if you ran someone over and kept going.
So clear this up for me...if I am driving 150km in a 110km zone and I am caught, is that the same offense as if I beat the crap out of one Santa's dwarfs or I shoot a midget on his pinkie toe with a shot gun or something equally in the aggravated assault arena?
Libido Sciende - The Lust for Knowledge
Speeding is a criminal offence, it's just a summary offence though (Minor) along with stuff like common assault, prostitution and drunkeness. They are only trialable in the Magistrates court. Then there are indictable offences, like murder rape and robbery.
Civil law is when it is 2 private parties against each other...basically when you're trying to sue someone. Criminal is when it's you versus the state.
Criminal Record - Clean as.... well i think so anyway..... news to me if not..
Traffic Record - Careless Driving. (Charged and proven in court regarding my car accident... which is different to coupable driving, thats the bad one)
other than that.... im a law abiding citerzen. who cant spell for shit.
aZk.
Yeah... Clean slate. Hopefully keep it that way. Keep some options open job wise.
Worst I've done is ONE detention
Even though I think that alot of the "Laws" are bullSh** and are only a way for governments to control us all exactly as they please, I still follow them, only because I'm too lazy to be an activist. LOL
But wait... There's more!!
But that's not all!!!
