As the title says, what is the most popular driving night where you live?
I’m curious because from all of the places that I have lived so far (Gladstone, Rockhampton and atm Mt Isa) the night seems to be by far Thursday. I was wondering if this was Australia wide, or just a coincidence.
Thanks
Newcastle Foreshore. Thurdays nights and Sundays. Well they seem to be busy when I go in there.
Me normally fri/sat night that when clubbing as well. I don't go that often. Around the city (Melb)
I rather go on cruises than clubbing the problem is none of my mates have commies so stuck cruising with rice boxes. (Very embarrasing)
yeah thursday night for gladstone but a lot of rice cars are out and about here now. still a few nice commodores though still which is good
friday nights mostly, everyones too drunk to drive on saturday nights
Sat night mainly for us down here on the Goldie at the broadwater carpark and Sunday arvo at the southport spit
Nate
I think friday nights down here, this time of year it's every night!
thursday nyt drags down this way
Going where no late model stato/caprice has gone before.... GAME ON!!
saturday night its busy, tuesday night you might end up being the only person on the road
attn Über geeks, i play Second life. Patrio Graysmark.
Yeah still Thursday in Rocky. Or if your a true retard, every night of the week, like some of them.
I remember at one stage that Thursday nights at the waterfront got so popular that you could barely get into the place (this was a few years ago before I had my licence). There are some tuff cars in Gladdy, sucks to hear about the rice problem though...
Some Thursday nights in Rocky were off the hook. There was this one Thursday in particular where you couldn't get on to the outside lane of the Fitzroy bridge because of all the lappers waiting to turn into East St Mall.
hahahahaha i cruise any night, but my favs are usually fri-sat because everything seems to be open longer, and just seems more fun![]()
Mooloolaba is Sunday arvo's from what I've seen.
Brissie looks to be Thursday for tool ricers at the macas Friday for the old school cars.
<davy> remember when braveheart came out and everyone said you can't have mel gibson playing a scottish guy cuz it wont be realistic?
<davy> well look at him now
<davy> an alcoholic racist
i know whenever i go to college on a thursday night (this is in brissy-milton) theres always a pack of rice-boys hangin out at the maccas down the road... judging by people who come through work id say saturday is pretty big too.
back where im from on the central coast it was thursday night, everyone would head out to terrigal and park in the beach carpark...was always very big, lots of decent cars used to turn out - untill the cops rock up, lol.

From what Ive seen its Monday arvos on a Public Holiday down the bay.
In big bad merriwa the smallest amount cruising any night is 2 or 3, the most any night, 2 or 3. WOO HOO!
I dont usualy cruise my home town as it is small and my car is loud(my parents hear me across town) plus most of the other cruisers are in crap cars and cant drive.
Take it easy, just go slow, kinda like a ricer, just try and make less noise.
I do have respect for road rules AND im a P-plater. Ok im lying...but i am a P-plater.

one night sitting down next to the toilets there about four ricers came along about 4 in the morning, was quiet this night and they were like racing each other from the toilets to the first roundabout back to the car park and around the toilets. plates were cop-teaze on the mirage that nearly stacked into the chain fence on the stingray bay side. i really thought the mirage was going to end up in stingray bay.
anyhow back on topic gotta be friday/saturday nights in warrnambool, would you agree?
