Today I Received An Infraction. Now Whilst I Don't Agree With The Decision (and I Have Sent Pm's To Approiate People About This), I Am Not Complaining Here, I Just Wanted To Know Wheter Or Not This Means That I Am Banned, It Said On The Infraction That The Infraction Was Never To Expire And Is 1 (one) Points Worth.

So If You Know The Answer, Please Tell Me.

Otherwise All Moderators Etc Etc Please Don't Let This Futher Upset You, Because As I Said Before I Am Not Complaining Just Finding Out What Has Actually Happened

just so you know and hopefully anyone else out there may see this and it may also answer some questions. these are what we now issue. they are called infractions. the old way we had was to complicated, this simplyfies the system for us.

Spammed Advertisements 1 point Never removed
Insulted Other Member(s) 1 point Never removed
Signature Rule Violation 1 point Never removed
Inappropriate Language 1 point Never removed
Repeat off topic conversation 1 point Never removed

chat in Trading Post (First Offence) 1 point removed in 1 Month
Chat in Trading Post (Second Offence) 1 point Never removed
Excesive Thread Bumping in Trading Post (First Offence) 1 point removed in 1 Month(s)
Excesive Thread Bumping in Trading Post (Second Offence) 1 point Never removed


All Usergroups Banned Users 5 Points 1 Day(s)
All Usergroups Banned Users 10 Points 7 Day(s)
All Usergroups Banned Users 15 Points Permanent

as you can see the above is nice and easy, you get a infraction, it add's to a ltitle total, once you hit 5 in total you will be banned for 1 day period, i do belive once the ban is served your put back to a 0 infraction amount. there are different levels of bann's, depending on what ya do, i.e. if you just accrue the 5 points, you can have a 1 day holiday, you argue the point with us you get a 7 day holiday (to cool off), you dont cool off and come back pissed, you get the 15 point bann, and it's bye bye.

Just to clarify,

Does the points mean, you first get 5, then a 1 day ban
and the next time, the points don't stop at 5, you just keep going til you get 10?

I'm assuming thats what it is, not that i plan on any

yeah i understand ok, thats fair enough whilst i don't agree with it all this is what has happened and i will deal with it. garth i replied to your reply in the other thread before i seen this one, i am not trying to fill your forum with crap
