west sky, mcnaught comet

i was like wtf is that in the sky last night and today i found out that its called Mc Naughts comet, u can see in in the west south west sky over the brindies low in the horizon, sorta looks like a really bright torch being shon up into the sky,

it was there last night and again tonight hope its there tomorrow for the peeps who read this thread tomozza

soz if this has been brought up b4 this thread i didnt even check

yeah i went out to see it. its pretty cool, do a wikipedia search and there is some awesome inages of it.

It's supposed to be visible in the New Zealand skies until the end of the week,so I guess you guy's will be able to see it until then as well.

i saw it!!!... tonight...
i was driving in greenacre... hmm... but anyway I SAW IT!
it looked like lightning... then out of nowhere it was burning up.... this... gold thing!!

I actually saw it on thursday night from my back yard, its pretty visible on a clear night even from the suburbs, but you can see it better by heading to the beach or an area not flooded with city light.

aparantly, what i saw was after burn of an F1-11.... sad...

but it was travelling quite low to the ground, whatever it was.
