I'm heading up to Sydney with my girlfriend on Thursday and coming back on the Monday..
So far we've planned to see most of the CBD's major attractions and the Blue Mountains..
Has anyone got any other tips on stuff do in Sydney?
Cheers..
If you can organise it so late, try to book the bridgewalk, most phenomenal experience of my life.
Other things obviously include go out for drinks in the rocks, has some of the best bars in sydney.
For clubs, King St wharf and ****le Bay are always pretty good.
Make sure you get to see the harbour at night.
Apart from that I can't really think of anything to do on a few days notice.
make sure you hit the cross...its a real eye opener![]()

- Theodor Seuss Geisel
Definately hit the rocks on a sunday morning/afternoon.
sydney, sydney....
go to Wildlife world.
walk the harbour bridge
pitt street mall?
.. ummm, if you're taking your car, cruise into the city saturday night about 11pm-4am, you won't be dissapointed.
or just walk down george street and admire the ricers.
ps: cruised through the cross a few weeks ago, saw alot of people in assless chaps. always good for a laugh.
pimps outside the sex clubs will hassle you even if you have a girl with you...
sydney, same old town, rushing here, rushing there, steer clear of cabramatta and fairfield, bankstown (pretty obvious from other threads), greenacre and lakemba... not a friendly atmosphere.
if you like over-crowded, rip off shopping centres, Bondi Westfield is.... excellent. (i find it a hole, a shop shutter fell on me and my friend a while ago, management disregarded us), but it is big.

try not to get shot, stabbed, mugged or raped...
sydney harbor is nice, espeicially at night
I hear Centrepoint Tower has a good view...
If you have had a gutfull of the city and you head up to the Blue Mountains, look up Abacrombie or Janolan Caves.Or check out some of the spectacular lookouts scattered around the joint.
On a clear day, some lookouts offer good views of the Nepean District and the city is visible(sometimes better to look at from a distance)as well. There are some good ones in the Springwood/Winmalee areas.
Get your car stolen or get bashed?? Nah jk's I hate sydney with a passion.
