advice needed

Not sure if this is the right place for this thread but here goes. I previously made a thread as to what would be a good daily 4cyl car to get, well ive been looking and they want roughly 3-4k for them and they are the early model **** boxes! i really only wanted to spend 1500.... Neways i seen this VL Berlina for sale $2550, looks straight no rust deents etc, interior is fine but havent seen the motor etc. What price do you guys rkn i could barter him down to, and is the vl good fuel wise or what?

6 or 8, im guessing 6 i would offer $2k, if it was on gas i think its a good deal but i reckon it u have 2500 to spend get yourself a nice vn/p on gas maybe vr/s but ive always thought vls are waay overpriced.
