    SUPER TED!!
    Tintin
    Bangers & Mash
Victor & Hugo, Bunglers in Crime
    Robotech
    Beavis & Butthead

I find it interesting that cartoons always seem to push the envelope when it comes to offensive and rude content.
I remember as a kid thinking Ren & Stimpy was funny because it was a little rude and stupid (Don't wiz on the electric fence, talking about poo etc).
Then along came Beavis & Butthead (There's lots of sluts in Vegas...)
Then the Simpsons started throwing in adult humour, notice the first few seasons of the Simpsons focus mainly on Bart, now mostly they are around Homer.
Then along came South Park and threw the floodgates wide open.
