Serves him right. If people do not think these sites are monitored then they are retards.

These kinds of people deserve everything they get, I know of at least 2 officers which frequent JC, for all I know there could be more.
What makes me really laugh is people brag about all sorts and think they are immune from the law because they are online, that is certainly not the case and the sooner people get that drummed into their heads the better off we'll be.
IP Addresses and ISP logs work together quite well to pin down anyone... you'd have to be a complete idiot to think you were untouchable by the police lol

Question, wouldn't the poilce need permission from site owners to take information from a web site and use it as evidence?
Selling FG G6E Turbo and buying a N/A Supra
I wouldn't have thought so, it's public domain isn't it.
To obtain user information that's a different story.
Spoolies beware......
you're right darren it is public domain.
And yes... spoolies beware indeed!

At least he got what he deserved, reminds me of when I was working at a nightclub and a guy we suspected to be spiking girls drinks to take them home and take 'advantage' of them bragged about his feats and how he filmed them to an off-duty officer
If ignorance is bliss why aren't there more happy people around ?
i thnk they are reffering to people with mini or full spools in their cars![]()

You really are not getting this are you? He lied to the police, he disobeyed a direct order to take his vehicle home, then he comes home and posts up on line how he ignored a direct order.
I say good on them for busting this tool, he deserved everything he got.
On a side note I have in the past pm'd people who stupidly brag online about their hoon behaviour on the streets with an avatar of their number plate, or other identifying information within their profile warning them the police do read forums.
Most panic and remove their post once you point out that the law does have access to the forums too. Some have been so retarded as to argue back to me that I am wrong, the police are too busy to find and read forums.
