Working the weekend?

NEVER! I work 40+ hour weeks during the week. It's demanding on the body. The only thing I want to do on weekends is to sleep in with the missus till 12 in the arvo....................hahaha i'm so lazy.

Years ago I was doing every saturday til 12pm, then 6 pm til 2 am pizza deliveries from thursday to sunday, plus did some some demonstrations for a party plan company. Now I do Monday - Friday. No weekends unless I want to.

I work in hospitality so can someone explain what a weekend is ?

I really don't mind as my 'weekend' is usually mid-week so can get away to places that have cheaper mid-week rates, etc if I want to...

Plus I get to take the whole of October off each year for the big motorsport fest that dominates the October sporting calender...

lol, I used to work anywhere between 200-36 hours over a weekend space as an installer. Now days that I'm a car salesman....it's illegal to sell cars on Sunday so I always get the Sunday off and every second saturday.

I work every weekend there is 10 hour shifts each day, stupid railcorp. Im not complaining about the money though
