Lack of Females.....

Why is there always such an uneven ratio of men/women in pubs and clubs? Is it because more men like to go out at nights pubbing and clubbing? And the females just like to stay home? The pub I went to last night maybe had a ratio of 20 to 1. WTF?

Most of geelongs women are skanks/whores so the ratio will come back up to 20-1.

I think its that women know that men go to pubs and clubs to pick up... the last thing they want is 30 guys cracking onto them when they just want to have a drink with some friends.

I would say that is true for clubs but not pubs. At least not here anyway. Pubs are more of a social gathering and then you go to a club where its darker and the chicks can't see how ugly you are.

well IMO there's more guys than girls because 3 out of 5 guys have the same idea; go to pub, get trollied, paw as many females as possible, take home the one who doesn't slap you. and the fairer sex have cottoned onto this little trick.
it's a bit negative, I understand that. it's just me.
either that, or your town doesn't offer whatever it is your women actually want to see time and time again (the location as much as the people)

I haven't been out in warrnambool for a few years but i'm told that the ratio here is in favor of the girls so it depends where you are i guess.

Gawler is meant to be a country town but it has around 13 pubs so.... I go out in the Barossa Valley pub crawling and the story is the same. I reckon girls just have more quiet ones than guys. I hate staying home on a Friday or Saturday night but alot of females dont mind so much.

I dont know any girls that dont like going to the pub because they are sick of sleezy guys trying to hit on them.

Well in Brisbane the ratio is definately in favour of the guys. Per capita there are more women than men here so when I was single it wasn't to bad. Got a misus now so couldn't tell you now.

i left my girlfriend alone (with my mates girlfriend) in a night club (academy in canberra) for all of 2 minutes saturday night and some grease ball ulehs tried to move in. all it took was a friendly 'fugg off' from my girl and they were gone

here they seem to let more females in than males. they used to look for any reason to not let a bloke in (a mate was even told his shoes were too dirty and they often said a guy didnt look enough likehis ID so he wasnt allowed in).
I like how they do that here!!! i don't have any problems getting in because my other half used to do promo work with the clubs here so when i go in its more like 20 girls to the guy. thats sensational!!!

Yes. Also Northern areas do have the majority male share, south is females. they did some survey in the Sunday Mail last year, & found Seaford Tav has way more chicks than guys, most of the southern area has similar numbers. Where as most northern pubs etc... have more guys than girls.

I think it was around 5 : 1 but hey I dont know many guys who wouldnt be happy with 5 chicks
