Very surprising to say the least, but as Adam has mentioned it's only worth what someone wants to pay.

I won't be selling anytime soon, the learning curve I've had is immense over the years but at the same time it's been a lot of fun at the same time, it's a bit like retirement, what on earth would you do after? The boredom would drive me nuts in all honesty.

Geez I'd be rich if I was getting a small portion of what they claim it's worth
