I seen that on ebay one day and was wondering the same thing had a look at the setup on my throttle body and looks like it would be easy to do with a bit of hose but never got around to it...


I dont think it would give you heaps of kw increase that you would notice it but would be interested in hearing from other people if they have done it

haha what a rip, you can do this bypass by yourself without anything needed, my brother has done it to his vy ss ute but not sure of it made much of a difference

Its been documented and done many times over. It's a catch twenty two really. You might gain 1-2kw if your lucky from the lower intake temp, but it also mean's that on cold mornings it will take longer to reach operating temp.
Not many people bother now days.

Prob because as 91-berlina said its that easy and want people to pay for it
might do it to mine over the weekend and see how it goes if i notice anything

Its a load of crap..... It says it reduces the temp of the TB.... even if you do bypass it, you stil have all the heat under the bonnet from your motor.....
