For the people in the ACT life is not that much better.
They closed the dragway for no reason (well o.k. they closed it for redevelopment and then didn't develop it anyways). The only lifeline is either wakefield park or the sydney tracks 3 hours away.

I feel for you but just looking at the pics makes me cringe about people doing those speeds on a public road.

The governments complain when there are people speeding on the streets, then don't give any alternatives.

Our track was in that development thingo too, and hasn't happened yet.

I wasn't saying people should do those speeds, but with no alternative, it has to be expected that people take the risk.

3 hours is still too much to travel for abit of fun, especially when people have the mindset that they can go down to the local industrial area, and have a relitively 'fun' time without the big distance!

Ive been in some wrecks myself (and seen my fair share), but when I saw those pics on another site last week, I cringed.

Have to say though that Audi build quality does make you feel a lot safer when driving them
