    Default Burning music CD

Just wondering which program i could get to burn my MP3 cds and adjust the sound levels for each song. At the moment some songs are really loud while others are quiet, and i want them all the same sound volume.

Its annoying because i could have a song cranked loud, then the next song i can hardly hear it.

    Cheers

get nero you can select when you burn a cd to normalize all audio tracks. And then download the wma plugin. Also you can try mp3 gain.

yes it can, the only thing I find is that in between tracks it can cut them, only seems to happen when I burn MP3's

I tried to burn an album where each track runs into the next, & I found that it clipped a little of the end of each one, prob not noticeable on normal songs, but on this album I missed bits

Yes you can. You can also just burn them as a data cd and chuck everything in.

I use Audacity, you can adjust the gain but I have found if you do it too much it will distort. Using this to save a file as mp3 you also need to download a file called lame_enc.dll. Media Monkey is a good one too.

    1. Launch Nero.
    2. Select the music note icon
    3. Select make MP3 CD
    4. Add desired tracks
    5. Burn
    6. Enjoy

Edit: What version of 6 do you have?

    ^^what he said^^
but just to add to it,
    1) use nero express. (burning rom is prolly features you don't need at this level)
    2) make sure the drop down top left is set to what your cd drive is, otherwise you'll just burn isos,
    3) go the musical note icon titled 'music' and a side menu should pop out, from this click mp3
    4) drag and drop folders (albums) or individual mp3s onto this disc, you could use the nero 'add' button, but i find it's hella slow, spesh if you've got a lot of mp3s.
