Default Caution for having a big smash

i got my police report into the accident i had, where i slid into a stationary 4x4 at about 100km/hr. wet roads n stuff. but i got told " it has been determined that an offence has been comitted. taking in all of the circumstances surrounding this incident this matter is being dealt with by the way of 'Offical caution'. " they then recomend that i grab a 'drive safe' book.

Has anyone else had one of these? i was looking at getting a 150 dollar fine and 3 points for dangerous driving. Now i have sum points left woot woot

3 points and $150 is fairly light, in Qld a dangerous driving charge means at least 6 months suspenion, sorry of topic, but no i havent every been cautioned they just like to fine me straight up.

I've been cautioned..... belting through the country (practising getting to the hospital quick coz my gf was due to give birth in a few weeks), pulled into a servo about 15km away, and cops pull up behind me. they let me off because they were in the wrong (high intensity lights too close to another vehicle) which is good coz I only got done 2 weeks before for the exact same thing
    sorry, bit of a babble

haha not quite, was on a perfectly good highway, but at speeds in excess of "you're catching a bus from now on"
but on teh big day, I ended up driving at about 85 the whole way so she didn't get knocked around too much

ripped the radiator support off the chassis and slamed it into the wheel . hit the big bar behind the tow ball of a new landcruiser tray back. didnt damaged the chasis or the motor but u couldnt tell what was bumper and what was radiator fan. reefing out the motor tomorro morning, sold it for 550 with 220k on the clock :P
