microsoft excel help?

hey i am pretty crap with excel and i just need to know how to make a spreadsheet that is larger than one page shrink down to fit onto a single page for printing.

my sheet is like only a couple of rows too long to fit onto one page

anyone know?

adjust the margins in the print preview screen, or adjust cell sizes to fit.

go to file > page setup

theres an option to fit it to a certain number of pages or you can shrink or expand it to a percentage of normal size
