    Default shift lite on tachos

    the shift lites that come with tachos have a red wire and a yellow wire. does anyone know which one is pos/neg? cheers guys

    Doesn't say in the instructions? Checked the manufacturer website?

    on most things a red wire usually indicates a positive connection, but if you can do what spaced said.

    That's what I thought but you only need to hear about two bad wiring stories to know you don't guess with electricry

    lol, yeh the instructions dont have the diagram for those 2 wires, lol. tryin to figure out the polarity for the big led, that im about to replace.
