Hey guys i dont know if you know But i posted a thread a while back about my GF leaving me. Well we almost worked things out but now she has gone back to her ex. Not only that but he has been stalking me and I have just about had enough. He has sent me about 15 emails just to rub it in as well as some have naked photos of her. To make it even worse he has come to my house and egged my car and well as broke into my brothers car. He has also been seen around my street by my neighbours. He is just a wanker and when he egged my car I saw it done and got the number plate of the car. The police told me that the plates were registered to his name but then they called him and he spent the night at her place that night. The thing is he also rides a bike and he was on that on this night. So he has given the keys to a mate or something. they police then called me back and I am getting charged wth placing a false report.
He has told my ex that his email account was hacked into so she doesn't believe its me when i say i have seen all this happen and she believes him. I decided I had to do something about this and the police would not help me because they say I am a liar. So i had a mates dad trace the emails because he is an ex copper and they found the address of this guy. I now know where he lives but still the girl doesn't believe it and she said she has never heard of that address before. I went for a drive to it last night and funny enough her car was there. I know its his house and all I need to know now is what should i do about this? My car now has faded parts and chips from the egg and well as my radiator hose was cut so my car overheated and someone has removed one of my camber kit bolts.

What to do now - BE VERY CAREFUL. Revenge can be a real pain for you and others.
Let go. Move on.

But you can take photos of damage and take notes on whats going down to your car eg time of day. Get others to witness your notes. Then go back to the coppers.

u should take those naked pictures copy them 1000 times then glue them to every telegraph pole in your suburb with her name date of birth and phone number...

and also dont talk to her dont acknowledge her...it pisses em off even more...

and hypotheticaly u could also get some mates one night and kidnap him....then with some fine brushes paint wanker across his forehead in paint stripper!

Put one of those cheap security cameras found on ebay overlooking where you park your car, then you will have video evidence of what is happening, to give to the cops.

EDIT: Different idea, Wait in your car or some where with excellent visiblity of your car one night for him to come and to something, film him for a while then jump out. Then you will have video evidence and would of given him the fright of his life, then he will learn his lesson and not mess with you unless he is an absolute idiot, and you have evidence that will hopefully help to clear your name.

The problem with that would be he is being charged with placing a faulse report on him, the restraning order will most likely be rejected rejected because of it, as i have heard of happening a few times.

I would go over there and belt the living crap out of him.If he is then game enough to do it again,then you are dealing with a complete psycho.Try do do it at night with some sort of disguise so he can't easily identify you.Judging by his character he has probably many enemies and wouldn't know where to start pointing the finger.I know this may sound bad,but some people never learn.

in all honesty what choice does he have? 'revenge' attacks are illegal and will make him just as bad as the other retard. atleast if he tell the police that he is fearful of the person then maybe they will take the matter half serious.

Totally agree, the police should issue a restraining order. It mite be a case of reporting every little thing (if not already), mabe even make a log of these "attacks" untill they finally have enough of it and issue the order, provided that it isnt issued strait up. From the sound of it he wont be able to resist breaking the order, in which case he will get locked up, and your faulse report charge will most likely be dropped. Good luck with it mate

SUGGESTION: Bash that motherfu*ker. SERIOUSLY. wait till you see him around one nite. or wait in your garden/car all nite with 10-15 mates till he comes then go for goal. ALSO your ex is full of it, money says shes in on it.

Thanx guys for everything so far. I have tried the legal way and I have even tried the restraining order but they rejected it. I have told the police everysingle thing that has happened and showed them all the emails and still they said I have made it all up and I have to grow up... Police will not help me anymore so That why I have come here. I dont no what else to do. And I am sure that my ex is involved someway but she also may just be sticking up for him because he is her bf. So I really dont no. All I know is this guys is ****ing with my head and at the moment AI have too many others problems and dont need this. I honestly would like this guy to disappear, but I am not that stupid and I have to be smart about ne thing any way.

I'd say you need to turn the table on him.
Go with VLDavo's suggestion and take the naked photo but instead of putting them up everywhere, just pop on in her letter box and put a little note on there and tell her to make him stop it other wise the photos will go into circulation.
That way you turn the tide on her and you have something over the both of them.
if the **** continues then post them all over the telegraph poles, put them into the neighbours letterboxes, put them up at her work and post them all over the internet.
The threat will hopefully stop the problems and if not you can at least get a little revenge.

Just go and egg his car. as said above, photocopy the naked pics of her and stick it all over his house and his car (wear gloves, don't want your fingerprint on it). Puncture his tires, key his car. THEN when you get home don't leave your car out, ask a mate to look after it for you at his house so therefore you car won't be in danger's way if he comes back. I know how you feel and I'm feeling angry now by reading your post!!!!

Get copies of the photos and emails, warn her and tell her to stop it, if it then continues, then put it in her family and her relatives letterboxes....Then start it on the telegraph poles outside her place...But, when you do it, don't sign your name...Talk in the third person so it can't be traced bav k to you...Then you can say one of your mates hacked your email account, but don't know which one....
Ps: Just a thought...but try taking photos of it, then go to the cops with hard evidence...And take the email traces that showed his address too...Go to them with a whole heap of evidence, and they will have no choice to look into the matter...
