Yeah well my mum is Italian, so everything that comes out of her kitchen is better than anything at a restaurant. And her mum is even better.

Too bad I live 1000km away from home though!

Its beef strips, sour cream, onion tomato paste and butter mushrooms in a tin and served on rice or pasta. Rice is better.
Brown off the beef and onion
add 1 x large tube of sour cream (not light its crap) until its so called melted.
250ml of tomato paste and melt down and mix in.
Then add mushys in butter from a tin
    simmer for about 10 mins
    Boil rice
server and scoff like i do and then get heart burn hahahaha
Its heaps bad for you but i love it should try it !!

My mum cooked me this massive bbq meat feast once,

diced steak in a bed of italian salad,
armarillo cheese and bacon fries (Frieds, with melted cheese + bacon on them)
fine beef sausages, with basly (i think) and some other crap

Anyway, it was this massive feast... with all the trimmings. MY GOD, I want that again.
