some at work said that they are making the rules for p plate drivers that we are only allowed 4 cyclander cars.. as of june or some think like that
like what the hell is this true..
if i get me p's in may would this still count for me??

Rules change for a reason, I know it sucks and I don't agree with the changes well... not entirely but..
