    anyone seen these yet? signature plates for vic.

    they come in a few colour combos, mainly bla, white and golds, can only have 2 letters, or 2 letters and one number, or 2 letters and 2 numbers

    they start from a cool $1,995

    53k for the GT plate......You don't want to park it at night. Thats just ludacris for a number plate.

    at those prices you would want to setup some sort of alarm system wired to the plate!!!

    iv nevr gotten the point of these kinds of plates... theres a 4WD running around here with 26 on his...paying how much for what?

    In WA it's a one off payment for plates. The rego price doesn't change for whatever plates you have. I got my moneys worth for both my sets though, 9 characters on a polycarbonate and 5 on an aluminium.

    i'm waiting on my plates, i think it's costing... 130$ a year? but not sure just yet, they are a gift.
    my brother got gold on black personalised plus, 160 a year i think.

    are they on drugs ? that kinda money for two letters on a shiny plate 36k for an ss plate thats more than half the price of a new ss

    a gift thats gonna cost you money each year? sweet!!. they gonna pay each year for you?

    vic is kinda like wa, once off fee, i paid 395 for mine, but as i found out the other day, it costs $93 to change them to another car. but we can only get upto 6 letters, 9 would be mad

    Once you buy them they are just like ordinary plates with regards to swapping to different vehicles. Two different types of plates, polycarbonate with 9, and aluminium which allows up to 7. But there are 8 different types of plates available over here with different characters. http://www.dpi.wa.gov.au/licensing/c...lates/1202.asp The DPI website with the different types. Menu down the left to see them all.
