Came across these photos,

now, at first I was just like WTF? But then it got put to me about how much work had gone into it, & yes I guess I missed that in my first impressions....

But seriously, what do you think first off looking at it? OMG, or Wow effort? Could it be tidied into a nice car, or is it too far gone?

i think it's hideous. No offence if the owner is on here, but I'd say it was too far gone.

The colour scheme inside and out is all wrong, and well it hurts my eyes just looking at the pictures!

And I don't think I'll comment on the dodgy body work that holds the rear end on. Needless to say, I doubt it'd be roadworthy.

But, top marks for effort.

the panels didnt match and it looks like a disgrace
this car needs to be dismantled or atleast have a vn-vs back end put on

Lose the wing, the monstrosity on the bonnet... The interior and colour combination...

Focus on the VT rear end conversion. If the welds were smoothed PROPERLY and the gaps on the rear bumper and all lines smoothed, it would look ok. They've kept the best part of the VN rear which is the VN rear wheel arches and this is what I would attempt to do if I did a rear end conversion.

Unfortunately, with the twin sunroofs etc. its too far gone though. No way can it be saved now.

this ladies and gentlemen is a prime example of what happens when you take speed and buy a angle grinder.

if i knew this bloke as a mate id confiscate all his power tools and his car, and belt his head with the rear wing.

if this was a son of mine id shoot him, several times, cause i reckon his head would be that thick the first 3 bullets would just bounce right off.

If the owner is on this forum,sorry,but some people just shouldn't be let anywhere near a set of tools with taste and ability at such a low level.Hopefully it wasn't a good one before he/she let loose on it

Good grief...

twin sunroofs would be kinda groovy on a stock VN/P,
the colours would be funky on a volkswagen,
that hood scoop wouldn't be bad on an LS1 conversion that went fast,
and the back of a VT isn't bad on the back of a VT...

but all on the one car with that boeing aerofoil? It's the car that frankenstein built.

Fix the rear welds add a nice grp a front end (vn) ditch the vt rear garnish for a vx (or juss paint it a solid colour!) remove those ugly arse twin sunroofs! get rid of the monster tacho paint the exterior Black or gun metal grey, paint the interior black. Get rid of that abomination of a rear wing (YUCK!!) and add a vx clubsport rear bar and wing...... then it may resemble a car once again (and the owner wont need to duck everytime he sees sum1 he knows :P ) So pretty much torch it and start again lol
