Red Light Camera in SA Kin William Street / North Terrace?

Hi all just wondering if there is a red light camera at the intersection of King William Street / North Terrace in SA? also can u be done if you run a red while turning? Cheers

Yes there is.
Not sure which way it faces though.
A list of all red light camera locations is located at the SAPOL website.
As for getting done re turning ??? Dunno? if the camera is facing a way that can record your rego plate maybe??

Yes you can get done. The flash would only activate when turning a certain way, which i'd assume was right off king william onto north tce (going east).

cheers for that fellas, i was just wondering cause im pritty sure i got done while turning right of of North tce onto king william street (south). do u actually know what corners the camera's on plus on this link http://www.transport.sa.gov.au/safet..._locations.asp it doesn't say there is one there. Are the the big grren ones or small camera ones? cheers

the camera is on the side where the statue is (and the GG's joint)


I'm not sure they would've been able to get a complete plate from that angle, but i'm not sure if they have a different camera there now, or if they refer to the small surveillance camera's to check plates.

the speed camara is further down, i cant remember seeing one at north tce, its just putside the adelaide oval facing south but can get both ways

its on the left hand side if your heading into the city, facing up king william street (heading south)

Its definatly there man, like i said, i have seen my car in the pic.

Red light camera snapped 1/2 a dozen southbound cars at the Marion/ Sturt road intersection at Sturt 2day.......and the light was green for them,wtf?.
I was heading north at the time and watched it flash away as I waiting or the northbound side on Marion....
Hope u didn't get done, thats a bitch of an intersection to turn right at...
Then again, if you crossed that magic line after the light went red, maybe you will????

All Red Light Cameras in SA now have Speed Cameras in there as well. So no red light running or speeding at those intersections.
