Update on my car accident
A few months ago some guys might remember I had a car accident in the VS .. and it got completely written because both sides copped it. My car was stationary at the lights in between the middle and left lanes of a three lane road and some bloke turned into the left lane without looking, flat to the floor, locked up and straight into the rear left-all the way along the left side he went! (then pushed me into the back of a camry, in the middle lane)
Anyway, after a massive amount of arguing, AAMI rang me this morning to tell me the bloke at fault's insurance company (RACV) has agreed he was 100% in the wrong and they're giving me back my 1000 dollar excessGO ME !
Guess it goes to show, if you're stopped and someone rams into you, they're the tool.
Anyway the money can go towards the "feed the starving VT foundation"
