What type of speed signal does this unit use?

Your on a commodore forum asking about Nissan skyline cars? I doubt anybody would know and it shouldn't be in the vn-vp section.
Ever thought about asking on a skyline forum?
I asked a mod to move it to the pub for you, you might get a better response there.

I'm on a commodore website asking about a commodore component.
Firstly i have posted on the skylines forum.
secondly i thought someone may have had experience in fitting the V6 to other cars & using the cruise control from the VP.
Thirdly would be nice to see some positive feedback not garbage.

Agreed, you should have been more specific and said that you wanted to fit a commodore cruise system to a skyline.
