Rwc?????

Okay i brought a car with rego but no rwc, now my question is...if the car is registered do you need to take ur car to get checked at vicroads? or do u just get a rwc take ur papers to the office and transfer it to ur name?

coz im looking at geting a dodgy rwc coz i dont have the money to repair all of it as the front is slightly damaged.

Call Vicroads see what they say. I hope the idiot who issues these dodgy RW's gets caught and lsoes his licences. Its just what we need on our roads. More unsafe pieces of **** that are a moving deathtrap.
