    Default Snake in my garage?

Pretty sure I have found a baby snake in my garage, being from Ireland and knowing nothing about them, is this anything I need to be worried about? I'm living in Sydney so wasn't expecting to find anything like this in my house!

He got squashed when I was moving some boxes around so he is very flattened. He's still squirming around so I haven't gone very close to him. He's quite small, about 6 inches if you unrolled him. He is moving exactly like a snake and sticks his head up when I poke him with a stick!

Looks like a tape worm to me

Nasty parasitic worm that lives in the gut of other animals. Birds often have them..

Don't touch it and get a shovel to scoop it up and bin it...
I was confused now I'm just not so sure!!

It's meant to be flat as the name says "TAPE" worm..

Which now has put me off my lunch

going by that link i'd say it was a "flat" worm, and it says they regenerate after being cut up, so it is probably still alive, there's probably 4 of them now.
