buuuut it has lock nuts, now i got the tool with it BUT 2 prongs were snapped off, i was attempting to undo it and i snapped a 3rd off, leaving 1! cant get it undone now...

Looks like the ones holden sell, nothing a just small enough socket wont bang onto and release it. If that doesnt work, chisel and hammer

What about drilling through the adaptor where the prongs have broken off and hammer in some round stock the same diameter to get you out of trouble

nooooooo no no abs on my ss, and my vn had 290mm rotors on the front, v8 calipers and a 1" master for turboness, either way,im trying epoxy weld on one of the nuts now, if that dosnt work ill take it down to the local engineering joint and get them to weld some nuts onto it
