Can anyone PLEASE tell me how channel 10 get away to lying to the public so blatantly?

I am so sick and tired of seeing these "streamed direct from the US" or "See it when the US see it" its a load of ****.

Californication(which is a kickass show) is 2 weeks behind the US, i just finished watching the season finale, yet ten claim that it is aired when the US see it.

Why do they say/do this crap. I believe House is the same.

Yeh ive seen them do this, its stupiud at least channel 7 is being honest and saying its been fast tracked and is only out by about a week for a a few show (i.e. Bionic woman)
But 10 are masters of giving ppl what the dont want like big brother.
This push is to stop people downloading the episodes and then the stations losing advertising $ cause everyone has already seen it.

well it's not like any of you are paying any costs to view tv so why winge what they put on! it's free ffs be lucky you even have free channels to watch. well you could always be an idiot and pay for it and watch the same crap 3 times a day repeated for a month.

Life is the one they market as see it just hours after the US. Which is true, we see it about 10 hours later.

The rest they market as see it just days after the US. Which is also true I guess.

Channel 7 are getting in on the act as well, I guess its alot better than what it was not too long ago when we had to wait about 3 or 4 months at least to get a show. I don't really care too much about the marketing.

i never suggested or even tried to suggest money had anything to do with it, more so people winging about what they get for free, and if you don't like what you get for free then pay for what you do want (ie foxtel/austar) why winge about it??.

fake/misleading advertising is common these days...just look at the rugs a million ads, me and a couple of mates were keen to go and get some of these nice $5 rugs but when you get there those $5 rugs your saw on tv are actually $120 and when asking about the $5 rugs they said they don't have any

Correct me if I'm wrong, but does stream direct from the U.S means that the data/signals comes straight from the U.S by satellite and them beamed straight on to our T.V's??

Just because it says streamed direct from the US does it mean its streamed at the same time it's viewed over there.

Supernatural is worse but they tell you it's fresh new streamed direct, When infact we are in episode 3-4 and they are already done in series 3 sometime ago, Not so up to date and fast.

10 is shocking with this stream direct only days after it's screened in the U.S BS.. Days could mean anything there's over 300 of them in a year lol.
