how do i identify who a mobile phone belongs to by the number. i googled but they all cost money, is there a free way?

this is why i want to know who it belongs too:-

I was driving along and i got a picture message. it was of a girls breasts. great breasts too. i didn't recognise the number so i asked who it was. it turned out to be some girl who *supposedly* got my number off my car that i have for sale. the car is 400kms from where she lives. she told me the city she lives in. she said she happened to be out my way and saw the car. i asked for another photo and she sent one of her face. gorgeous. but i'm very suss. what girl sends a pic of her tits to a number on a car? i thought my mates were having a lend of me but none of them knew what i was on about. i feel like i'm being set up. i want to i.d the girl so i know if she's legit or if i'm being towed along by someone i know. i got one friend to ring up and pretend to be a phone sales person just to get her name but no-one answered. she told me her *supposed* first name but i was trying to catch her out, if she's toying with me. for all i know it's some bloke messing with me.

so noone does it and if someone tries to charge you to do it they are conning you
