Windows media file?

I downloaded an album, unzipped it and now the songs are windows media files. I can't burn it now. Does anyone know how I can burn this or do I have to convert the files to something else? I am pretty sure they are MWA files but when I tried to burn a WMA disc on Nero Express it wouldn't let me.

Any help would be appreciated.

just convert them to mp3 then u can pretty much do anything u want

i use to have this problem. so i would open the songs that i wanted to have on a CD into windows media player. then goto the little tab up the top that said , library, rip, burn etc. click burn, and follow the steps. my version will come up with a bunch of settings like burn speed and if u want 2 convert them b4 u burn them etc.
