Strange e.mails

For the last few days have been getting these e.mails in a strange language, Just wondering if anyone else has been getting them Here's a sample .Предлагаем юридическую помощь а д в о к а т о в по следующим направлениям . Does this make any sense to anyone ?

are you getting them to a free address such as hotmail or to a private address with your ISP? cant say iv been getting them, but it might be in an international font of some kind that that you dont installed. or its jibberish in another language

It's Russian. It's an email ad for an accounting and auditing company.
