wouldnt want the door to have an electical fault and not close in the middle of nowhere when its ****ing down with rain.
LOL... who knows.. They'll make some secondary 'emergency door' in case the primary door fails.
It would probably have an emergency push out type rear window like buses do.
If you had a pillarless car to start with it may be possible.
