Default holden hq-wb engine

hi, ive just got given a holden engine and i think its a hq-wb engine and im wondering if you can list all companys that make gaskets and engine head and block components and how do you start those engines on the ground/bench to test run it, which wires do i have to connect where to do it. do i just use the starting wiring diagram
