anyone ever think of driving a commodore around the world?
probably something like this:
drive to Darwin, by ship to Singapore.
drive from Singapore to Bankok, Hong-Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Ulaanbaatar, Moscow, Berlin, London, ship to New York, drive to Toronto, Niagra, Detroit, Chicago, route 66 to LA, down the coast to Santiago then home by ship
not sure when or exactly how, but its a thought hey?

y would u do that? by the time u got back you would have had like 10+ services a million flats, 4 sets of new tyres, if you drive a VN-VS your taillights would now be white from the sahara sun, and you would of been defected in around 200 countries
lol.
BA MKII MANUAL XR6T
450+ RWHP, 960 Nm, 12.9 @ 114MP/H [Street Tyres]
Buy a brand new VE Calais and avoid desert areas n' stuff then you should be alright. Just drive on roads as much as possible. Jack it up and put 4 wheel drive tires on LOL.
lmao, the worst part would be waiting in the next overseas country for the car to finally arrive and come out of quarrantine.![]()

it wld be to much f**king around to be worth it. i do like my commies but i wld not go as far as to take it over seas. i wld jus buy a car over there if i really wanted to drive around
You could possibly hire an export version of Commodore in every region they are exported to, mind you hiring a hotted up Vauxhall could be a problem in the UK
If ignorance is bliss why aren't there more happy people around ?
I worked out that if you could actually drive from here to the UK it would cost over $2500 in petrol. And that's if all the petrol was at Australian prices! Wouldn't want to fill up a Commodore of any sort in Europe!
Whoever said 'There is no substitute for cubes' had obviously never heard of Jet power
