Worst thing ive put through the wash was my USB drive with all my assignments on it from my course. That sucked. I had backups of most though so it wasnt the end of the world.

My phone went through the wash several times. Still works. I'm amazed how these Motorola V3 phones stand up to abuse.

Yeah i remember my old Nokia 3315 went through the wash a number of times. Survived. That thing was a gun, chucked it against walls and the floor and it kept going.

yeah money survives well these days unlike the paper ones

poly money doesnt do well in the dryer however......

Ive never washed a phone, but because of my job I hear that it happens very often.

Washed keys, change (so much loose change in my machine!!) tissues, matchbox cars, beads, rocks, texta (lots of mess!!) & ball point pens (again very messy!) reciepts. Nearly washed stanley knives a few times

Plenty of stuffs, Im a mum so my kids get heaps of stuff left in pockets.

Haha, isn't that technically laundering money?

I have had a USB key go through once, thing still works like a charm. The LED on the end was a bit dim for a bit though.

I once had my brand new underwear shrunked in the washing and would not fit anymore. Don't know how it happened because my gf put some sort of washing powder that removes tough stains. Not that I have any stains in my undies. LOL

Back when I was a kid I remember our washing machine breaking down. Turns out we literally had a spanner in the works! Somehow a ring spanner had got inside and jammed everything up

Well gets undressed in the bedroom, picks up a pile of his work clothes and chucks them in the wash, with a heap of clothes you kind of dont notice, espec coz they were those 6101 so not very big. Since getting him a phone and also a LEATHER case with a clip he hasnt done it lol

One time at camping I was mega drunk. About 10 of us in a little tinny, this thing was almost underwater due to the weight. We arrived back to shore and I went to jump out of the boat, slipped and fell into the lake. The next day I put it on the charger and it worked. A week later the phone still worked but none of the buttons worked. I got ****ed off and chucked it at the ground a couple of time... And guess what. It fixed it. Ended up using the phone for another year and then selling it for $50. The old 3315 was a classic.

I always check my pockets before i wash anything. I've had tissues go through a few times though...what a pain in the ass.

However, one time back when I was in grade 9, i had my wallet go through the wash, with a little pocket calculator thing in it. Needless to say...it was toast.
