hello, just wondering if theres a sits i can go to check the vehicle vin numbers without paying for a certificate to get full history because i was going to check some vin numbers to find out.

Hate to nit pick, but it's just called a VIN, not a VIN number, otherwise it would be a Vehicle Identification Number number.

Make up your mind as to what question you are actually asking! In the question you have just asked, you can't find one without the other....
I doubt you'd get any of this information that detailed for free unless you knew someone who had access to it, as you normally need a good reason and need to prove who you are in order to access it.

good luck getting a full history without paying anything. if anyone can find a free site that does that, id be surprised

if they allowed it for free, there would be a section on the department of transport websites where you could just punch in the vin and it would show it.

Haha...I always pick people up when they say things like that. PIN number is another one.

And to shonky12, what possible reason is there to find out rego's and VIN's? Unless you want to steal **** off their cars. REVS is an encumbered vehicle check for those wanting to purchase a car.
