Yeah ive seen it before in mornington, i had to do another lap to make sure it really was a hummer.
Crazy... seems like a waste of tax payers money to me though

In fairness it does have POLICE stamped all over the thing... With lights and sirens. It would not be legal for someone else to drive a car like that.
If you did not pull over... Then you would face the consequences.

Are you sure. 
I think it looks like a bowl of spew. All it needs to be is white with police written on it. Maybe it would look better sitting on some 28" chromes.
