Fellas,
I was just wondering if anyone here has been to the US before? If so, what sort of manly things are there to do/look/see?
My other half has found plenty of things that she wants to do but I haven't got much. So far I have:
Cars and Coffee (car meet every 2nd Saturday)
Hooters in Manhattan
NBA Store in NY
Nike Store in NY

When you're in NY, pretend you're Will Smith in "I Am Legend"...
I would think if it were my hubby he would still be at hooters....
While there with the army, we had 3 weeks stand down. 2 of us hired a Dodge Viper and drove to Vegas. Spent quite a few thousand and drove back again.
Nothing beats a night drive into Vegas. Simply stunning.

i am the god of britany spears womanizer on just dance on the wii
watch some sports maybe? nba, nfl, nhl, mlb, nascar, monster trucks.. anything u are interested in depending on where in the states u are going and what season you will be there
Yeah I was going to say, sample the local sports. They seem to make such a spectacle and big deal of their sports over there so even if you don't enjoy the sport that much it'd be worth going.
I've always said I'd love to go to a Baseball match in Chicago/Boston/NY just for the atmosphere of it. An NFL match would be fun too. NHRA event or Nascar would be huge!!! I'd also love to go to an NBA game at Madison Square Garden. They're all pretty manly/blokey!!!
I'm not sure if you're into it or if you'll even be there at the right time but the SEMA show would be an excellent experience.
Another thing I'd be interested in would be checking out a Late Night with Conan O'Brien show live or Saturday Night Live.
Just a couple of suggestions... Hope they helped make your decision!

I have looked into the NBA. I will be in NY on the last leg of my trip (first 8 days of Nov). Hopefully the season starts around the 2nd-3rd of Nov so hopefully i can catch a game at Madison Square Garden. That was always one of my main things to do over there considering I'm a massive NBA/Dallas Mavericks fan. We were originally going to go during the the first week of Oct but delayed it so I could hopefully sneak in an NBA game. So that was always on the agenda. Has anybody been to an NBA game? Are they sell-outs? Would tickets be hard to get?
NFL and NHL would interest me a lot. I haven't looked at whether the games are in season or not though. MLB bores me to tears![]()
Nascar would be interesting; looking that up now..............
