ok first of all please let me stress that if your not a NRL fan or simply don't like NRL please don't come in here posting crap. ie who's that? afl's better.
Now as you may be aware Mr Bennett will be finishing up at the end of the 2008 season after 20 odd years with the club!, who do you think should replace Mr Bennett? personally i think Mel Meninga or alfy langer, mel because he has proven himself as a great State of Origin coach and alfy because well...he's just a legend lol.
theres also talk of Shane Webke also thinking about the role.
anyway what are your thoughts on the subject?

Wayne Bennett is the coach of the Brisbane Broncos NRL team he is the only coach of them and has been there for 20 years. What about Andrew Johns he has a very good football mind is well respected by players.
isn't he in negotiations with the NZRL to coach the kiwi league team?

Excuse the ingorance but whats NRL??
LOL i recall starting a thread about the AFL grand final with the same disclaimer at the start. However it seemed most NRL lovers couldn't read it and still posted AFL hating stuff. Goodluck!
I personally think that 20 years is too long. But it also depends on how stale a person becomes. You never know what a new person can bring to a club.
Don't worry wikipedia answered my question: The National Rugby League (NRL) is the top league of professional rugby league football clubs in Australasia. I thought it was called Rugby UNION? or is this different again?
