Well theres the question lol...
What have you been to? What/Who do you want to see?
Who was your fav?
I went to Kylie in maybe 1989 and it was boring as hell, the most exciting part was the mexican wave lol I was young but she has changed HEAPS, went to Sunday on the Green at Sandalford Winery and got very drunk whilst being entertained by Missy Higgins, 4 bottles of Wine & 2 bottles of Champers between me and my sistershe was good lol.
I would LOVE to see Eminem, I moved to WA from Vic about 1 month before he announced he was going to Melbourne DAMN IT! AND if I could turn back time I would go see AC/DC but with Bon Scott.

1998 - The Radiators. Worst concert ever. Period.
2001 - Deep Purple
2001 - Megadeth
2003 - Metal For the Brain
2006 - Yngwie Malmsteen
2006 - Wolfmother
2007 - Heaven & Hell (Black Sabbath)
2008 - Dream Theater
2008 - Iron Maiden (tonight!)
Cant remember all the dates but here goes
First concert was Offspring, then Korn twice, Metallica, The Misfits, Slayer, Megadeth (Gigantour), Satyricon, Celtic Frost, DragonForce, Motley Crue (Motorhead opened), Static X and Iron Maiden. Im probally missing some... Oh and ive been to 2 Big Day Outs.
My favourite so far has definallty got to be Iron Maiden, but its a hard choice. Misfits is one of my favourite bands and i got backstage and Motley Crue/Motorhead was a great stage show. But Iron Maiden are just magnificent.
Theres only one band i want to see now, AC/DC
Rage Against the Machine/ Jesus lizard at the palace in geelong was awesome, been to a few other festivals and seen a lot of bands in the pub scenes. But the mentioned ones were highlights. Missed out on seeing nirvana tho in melb.... spewin on that.
Seen heaps of local bands, but here are the internationals from a pretty hazy memory, seen way too many bands to remember them all.
2005 - Metallica (Ent Centre, 2 sydney BDO's), Joe Satriani, Big Day Out, Anthrax, Soilwork, Killswitch Engage, Fear Factory
2006 - Big Day Out, Queensryche, Megadeth, Anthrax, Static-X, Arch Enemy, Bloc Party, Children of Bodom, G3 Tour (Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, John Petrucci)
2007 - Megadeth, Machine Head, Arch Enemy, Heaven and Hell, Fear Factory, Daft Punk, Eric Clapton, Danzig
2008 - Big Day Out
2008 - Dream Theater
2008 - Iron Maiden
2008 - Have tickets for Soundwave festival and Future Music Festival
Other bands I've seen but can't remember the years...
AC/DC, Dragonforce, Yngwie Malmsteen, Millencolin, Blink 182, Unwritten law, Pennywise, Less than Jake, Shihad, Deftones, Ill Nino, In Flames, Dark Tranquillity, Nevermore, Foo Fighters, Tomahawk, Fantomas, The Melvins, Chimaira, Lamb of God, Hatebreed... Many many more.
Wow just looking at that list, I've spent ALOT of money on gigs lol.

Literally one of the greatest moments in my life.... brilliant!
aZk.
First concert i ever went to was Ja Rule & Ashanti. Took my then girlfriend, now ex, and it was complete crap. She then returned the favour by taking me to Avril Lavigne!!! BAH!
From there it got better, and I have since seen Powderfinger, Live, Silverchair (old silverchair, before the "broke up"), Nickelback, Linkin Park... ummm there's more but I've gone blank!
Recently went to BDO and enjoyed British India, Mammal, Karnivool, Grinspoon, Regurgitator, and Rage Against the Machine.
Favourite concert is still Silverchair back in the day, would have been around 2001, maybe 2002 I think. Apparently it was supposed to be their last ever tour, but they have obviously now re-formed, and I hate their new stuff.
Few local gigs coming up... The Butterfly Effect, British India, Dead Letter Circus. Might even go and see Rook again at the Espy, haven't decided yet.
Grinspoon
Killing Heidi
Machine Gun Fellatio
several others but too trashed to remember.
Umm, lets see.....
Guns n roses in '92 i think at calder park with the dust, heat, rain but still excellent.
Madonna, girlie show tour which to my suprise was quite entertaining!
Pearl jam, fantastic!
Elton john, also quite good.
Cold chisel, up at bathurst on race weekend, doesn't get any better than that!
Red hot chili peppers, also excellent.
Robbie williams, this guy is quite simply a fantastic entertainer.
oh almost forgot:
2007 - IKTPQ, Unearth, Lamb of God, Killswitch Engage
if anyone has a chance ever, see lamb of god live. they have the tightest set and absolutely destroy the place. one of the best concerts EVER
