and a rabbit sometimesI'm only nice to one person per day. Today is not your day....
Tomorrow doesn't look good either.
God must love stupid people, He made so many.
Yeah I've had most the pets around and rabbits are the best. But you need to be a very carefull kind of person to have one inside with not leaving any power cables around paying attention to the doors, not leaving any open that can slam shut in the wind while your rabbits waiting there for you to come inside, Keeping the toilet seat down all the time, never going on holidays during his lifespan. All these things we have to constantly do to keep him happy and safe and things like this most people wouldn't handle it![]()
Yes well the amount of extension cords that have been chewed here, trust me I did dig out the Rabbit mornae recipe a few times....
I have 1 snake in my house![]()
I have a 3y/o toddler, does that count?
other than that, we had a staffy/dane/unknown mutt named Woggles (named by our 3y/o) but we moved into a unit and couldn't keep her, so she lives with my mum and her Shtzu/Lhasa Apso.
when we move into a house we may get her back (but possible will disrupt her too much) otherwise the boss lady wants a rotty pup - I'm not too sure having 2 little ones.....
Siberian Husky, 2 sun conures- noisy bastards, 2 budgies, assorted tropical fish and my daughter has a siamese fighting fish in her room.
6 green tree frogs, 3 bell frogs, 2 beagles, a lizard, a couple fish
and a turantula
Mine is in my pants.........
heres my dog Mahlee, a kelpie cross labrador, crazy dog
The Mad Dutchman
one tabby named henry
2 fantail goldfish
1 rainbow lorikeet named stan
1 maltese named rocky.
Rabbit called " Bill "
he is house trained and spends alot of time sitting on his rug in the family room under the aircon, just like he is now lol.
this is what he is doing now;

We had our first child when my rotty was 5 yrs old we had the same concern cause he was a big bugger 65kilo very fit and strong. The only problem with him was he wouldnt let people near the kids he was very protective of them. They would crawl all over him put there hands in his mouth and he never did a thing to them but if he didnt know you and you got to close to the kids he'd nip you on the butt.
Don't believe all the neg crap written about them mine was my best mate for 11 years its how you bring them up if your good to them they are a very very loyal dog.
But just remember a dog is a dog, you can train it and it can be your best friend no matter what BUT one day it could kill your child. I know they have a bad name but its there for a reason all dogs can snap but its just that a 65kg will kill rather than nip. If your willing to take that risk with your own children thats fine but i wouldnt try and talk someone else into doing it. Its your child just remember that.
btw i love dogs but would never have one around young children.
