Can someone tell what 7-8 seater cars are avalible?
Nothing 4WD, I know Ford Territory (which I like but 4WD), Kia Carnival and thats about it.....
TIA
territory is AWD or RWD.

is it? well there you go LMAO
That just shows how much I know about Cars.... *hides*
yep my mum's got the SR AWD territory limited edition, i dont think they made many of those SR models, thers other models of AWD but cant think of those at the moment, but other then that ther very nice car's to drive,
what about the honda CX7 or CX9? and the obvious toymota tarago
ahh yeah that one. woops
holden captiva 7 seats
The Mad Dutchman
Mini busses and vans aren't 4WD either.
how much are you looking at spending ?
No idea... if we find the right car, prolly no more than $25-$30k.
I dont like the idea of finance, So I'm still undecided. I could do with just a VT-VX Wagon and own it, but then there are so many bigger cars around which would suit us better, epec since we plan on having more kids soon.
honda odyssey?
For the record I need room, 3 car seats, a pram, shopping etc etc.
The only thing I dont like about the Odyssey's is sitting in the driver seat yu feel all squashed & pushed close to the dash/wheel even with the seat back lol.
What about that Hyundai thing that woman with too many kids and no insurance got?
Makes me mad. Sure, she has a disabled kid and she's a single mum, but car insurance is there for a reason. Noticed she had both ears pierced twice with gold and diamond looking earrings. Maybe spend a little less on yourself and a little more on the more important things so if your car gets torched you can claim it on insurance. Even CTP...$400/year.

Id have to go +1 for the odyssey. I'm 6'2" and found the drivers position quiet good (original odyssey) not sure about later models though. But yeah rock solid car, very safe and comfortable.
Mitsubishi Delica's aren't bad people movers, not the best lookers but pretty functional and pretty well priced.

I wouldnt be too harsh on her for the earrings, anyone looking after disabled kids is going to be doing it hard.
Although........this type of thing has happened before, the uninsured house burns down with the down and out parents with 15kids etc and some good samaritans come to the rescue. What condition was the car that got burnt out in(before the burn)......Im sure its probably procedure to swab the owners for accelerant residue?
Chrysler Voyager are a good car, maybe try a low-moderate KM usedy. But get an RG ('02-onwards) and not a GS(pre-mid '02). RGs are a much better car. (I work at a Chrysler dealership).
A Tarago is a good choice, great for kids. My parents used to have one, a '92 (older bubble type shape) and it was super reliable (like most Toyotas) and comfortable to travel in, plenty of room in front seats and the the rear seat rows, Seats were versatile in that they folded right away for tonnes of room. Only reason we got rid of it was because myself and my siblingsr grew out of it and we no longer needed such a large car. I'm not sure of how many KMs were on it when we got rid of it but it never missed a beat.
We rent a Tarago out for work when we go offsite. Great car! Well it puts up with 7 ****ed blokes with ease! (No the driver wasn’t ****ed, its called car pooling) I'd definitely give em a go. My advice, visit some dealers, have a test drive or two and test their practicality out first hand, hey why not bring the pram along as well lol
