There were two identical prototypes made. Holden has kept the other one.

I wouldn't think so...IIRC, one of the reasons it was ****canned was because most of the interested people wanted them for road use.

Not on GTS-R. The only options were blueprinting the engine and sunroof i believe.

seems abit wierd that HSVs flagship doesn't even have climate. I know it was more race intended, not alot were used on the track. I'm sure climate doesn't weigh much more than a normal aircon setup anyway.

They were probably all made from SS or Execs from the Holden factory which both didn't have climate.. right up until VZ or VE

yeah, but any model could get any option from factory.

Its wierd that HSV, for such a rare car, didn't get such an option from factory.

The panels on your VE line up better? Christ, the panels on my '57 Morris Minor line up better...

I know it's a rare car, but at least take it to a panel shop and spend a couple of bucks getting it all adjusted and lined up properly...people notice, especially when you are asking a premium price...no use giving potential customers an extra bargaining point, and when you are talking the bucks that thing will go for, negotiations with a seriously cashed up buyer who knows what he wants can mean a couple of grand lost...

Wonder why its for sale, the guy who bought it didn't have any intentions for selling it. In fact he pestered HSV for a while ( i think 2 years) just to buy t in the first place.

Agree with the first part but why would the bumber be removed to tow it and what gives you the idea its been towed ?
