hi, i was looking at getting a mobile phone $29 cap plan through the 3 network and i was just wondering what this sentence on their website means exactly.

$0 monthly handset repayment on the $29 cap with $20 minimum monthly spend over 24 months

im assuming that i get the phone for free
that the contract is for 24 months and
that i pay $29 a month providing i dont go over the $120 credit limit

but im not sure what the $20 minimum monthly spend means

can any1 help

it just means that they want you to make a minimum of $20 worth of calls per month.

yea just meens you HAVE TO make ATLEAST $20 worth of calls, im on the plan and its great DONT get anything of the Additions they try and give you cause theyre a rip off

I got Telstra NextG, LOVE it $99 a month for $700 included calls... Yes I talk LOTS. (I have family interstate and we have no home phone as the mobile worked out cheaper)

You don't have to make any calls, they will charge you a minimum of $20 if you don't do anything.

dont get this plan mate, go the $49 plan. im on the $29 plan and my last bills have been
$80, $66, $104, $54. and this month was in the 50's. i finally changed my plan for next month

im on the $29 plan and have never spent over the 29...... just have to look at how u use ur phone..... im a tight ar$e so if i get close to the cap i stop calling.....
my only gripe it the reception where i live.... the back side of a hill means i get crap coverage.......
