okay, its a 50k zone (bus driver recons he was doing 35kays, cops recon he waws doing atleast 65) cause ive got ALOT of **** on my passenger seat ive gone to do a Uey and didnt even see him, i was just moving my car so i could get the trailer out so my folks were stand on the front lawn(i do have insurance but cause i was by myself, L's, im not covered) hes cleaned me up

Ahh so you turned in front of him? If that is the case you are at fault, although he was speeding it won't matter. Won't help that you are technically an unlicensed driver also.

Wow, that really sucks for sure, similar thing happened to a mate of mine, reversed out onto a street where its 50 and a bus hit him from behind doing about 70 and the bus paid up.
If you need financial assistance id be happy to take those rims off your hands...

least this explains the mess i saw there last night, hope u can get another car from what u part this one off for.

majority of bus drivers are wankers, my dads old HK GTS Monaro got wiped out but a bus coming up the wrong side of the road on a mountain and complelty totaled it and ****ed his leg up really bad, your pretty lucky with that damage.

Nah bad luck mate, should got one of ur olds to jump in, even if it was for a second, to risky really. What happens with your L's... are they suspended or what.
How come the motor and trans arnt salvageable, motors can take a pretty hard hit normally. But best of luck sorting it all out.
And for others yes he broke the law, but i for one have moved my car without someone next to me, it can be a real pain in the ass getting someone to sit next to u well u bring ur car in off the street, or back it on to the road to let someone else out. Im sure im not the only one that does it, though i live in the country so less chance of that happening but its still possible.

Aha it could be worse, i remember when my VL got written off out front of my house someone down the street took the spare out of the boot after it had popped open and i had run inside to call the towing and scrap metal joint!
