I might be moving to Cairns in the next few weeks (love NQ) i've applied for a position up there and i find out today if i have the job...(very nervous).

problem is i have only ever visited cairns on the weekends when i was living in innisfail and can't remember the place to well (was like 12 years ago now)...so anyways im wanting to know what a good part of cairns would be to live in, i'll be renting in the $200-$300 range.

also what are so good things to get up to on the weekends...
