Potentially new MSN worm floating around.

Hi guys, just to give you a heads up on a worm that's floating around. I got this moments ago from one of me mates who happened to be infected.

Here is a copy of what was said (edited for privacy reasons):

All of the links posted links to one file name "IMG00231.JPG-live.messenger.com". The first few words show that it is an image file but it ends in executable format which could potentially turn your computer into a worm, sending the same messages to whoever is on your msn list.

I do not know what else is this worm is capable of but be warned.
