Hotmail/Windows live down?

anyone having any troubles with windows live? for the last 2 days i have been unable to sign into hotmail. I recently had a new gfx card installed and a format so maybe my firewall or something is blocking it. havent heard of any outages, and i have tried both firefox and IE to no avail...

make sure your PC time and date is set correctly. might sound crazy but its pretty common iv found (for messenger anyway).

if all fails, google the error code.

I've been getting in but then often getting a message to say it is down - though it works as i should anyway.
