i'm talking about your very basic block of no name brand cheese. it goes up real quick for the good stuff and we don't get it that often.

there is a push starting here in NZ to get rid of GST on basic non processed foods like bread, milk, cheese etc just like in autralia

I can remember when so many ppl thought it was the end of the world when petrol cracked the $1.00 mark. We are consuming so much more oil than is being produced that you can't complain about the cost of it or take it for granted at all. Hell soon it will be a luxury to fill your car up with 95 RON let alone 98 RON. But hey the sooner we use it all up the sooner oil companies will actually let us start using all their patented alternate fuel technology.

i had very little fuel in my car the other day so i stoped in to get some fuel at a shell, 148.9 for regular, stuck that in and made my way to mobil about 6km's away to get 98 for my bike, and it was 158.0 i wasnt happy, if i had known i woulda filled the car up aswell,

1, why do they have 6 kids running around the place?
2, why are they wearing all the brand clothing?
3, why are they living in a new flash house?

if people get off there high horse about affordability and the house they live in and they live within means even if that goes as far as not having kids, whats their problem?, if you have a low paying job better yourself and move up or live accordingly. Hard isnt it

I'd be interested to see where all these people are going to go. The ones who stop using their cars. They aren't just going to VANISH. And they sure as hell aren't going to start using public transport. You can barely get onto a peak-hour Brisbane train or bus near the city as it is, let alone if we have a 10% exodus of traffic from our roads.

I have to wait at Roma Street from 5:43 until 6:35 before I can fit my bicycle on an Ipswich train outbound after work. It's pointless.
